Broken utensil
If a crack appears on one of your purchases, please contact us so we can consider sending you a new one. Wood is living and your purchase may be subjected to changing shapes and deterioration through time. Note: your purchase comes with advices on how to take care of your wooden utensil. No replacement will occur if the crack/deterioration is due to a miscaring of the utensil.
